NOMINATIONS for all events—excepting Maori Hack and Forced Handicap, which are post entries—must be in the hands of the Secretary on THURSDAY, sth January, at 10 p.m. WEIGHTS will be declared on or about MONDAY, 9th January. ACCEPTANCES, accompanied by the necessary fees, to be in the hands of the Secretary, at Rotorua, by SATURDAY, 14th January. CONDITIONS. In the event of a walk-over only half of the stakes will be paid. No Nomination or Acceptance will be received on any pretence whatever after the day named, or without being accompanied by the necessary amount of cash. Attention is particularly called to this regulation. All pedigrees and performances of horses, and colors of riders, to be sent with all entries. Any jockey riding in other than the colors entered shall be fined 2 sovs. AU protests must be made in writing to the Secretary within 15 minutes after the race, accompanied by 2 sovs, which will be forfeited to the club should the protest be dismissed. Should any dispute arise in any way connected with these races, the decision of the Stewards shall be accepted as final and conclusive, and every owner nominates subject to the above conditions.
