JQ IS TRICT ORDERS Brigade Office, Auckland, August 24th, 1897. RECEPTION OF HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR. 1. The A Battery Artillery Volunteers will parade with their Guns at 2 p.m. on THURSDAY, 26th instant, and fire a salute of 15 guns (in Albert Park) on the arrival of His Excellency the Governor. 2. The Victoria Rifle Volunteers will parade at the Auckland Railway Station at 11.45 a.m , under the command of Captain White, and will proceed by the 12 noon train, and form a Guard of Honour for His Excellency the Governor at Onehunga Wharf. 3. A Guard of Honour will be furnished by the Permanent Artillery, under the command of Lieutenant Hume, at Government House, at 11 a.m., on FRIDAY, 27th instant. The order previously published detailing the Auckland Naval Artillery Volunteers for Guard of Honour on 27th instant, is hereby cancelled. Bv order — J.
