The well-known Wellington hotel brokers, Messrs Dwan Bros., report having sold Mr Sutherland’s interest in the Cambridge Hotel, Cambridge Terrace, Wellington, to Mr John Pyke, well-known as a sport in Hawke’s Bay. As Messrs Dwan Bros.’ business is very extensive in this line, intending purchasers of hotels can always rely on getting the soundest and fullest information.
