Cycling.
W. L. Kerr, amateur champion of Australasia, accomplished a great performance on the 20th inst., in which in a ten mile “ go ” against time he succeeded in lowering all the Australian and New Zealand records for all distances except the mile. The following were his times: One mile 2min 22sec, two miles 4mm si£sec, three miles ymin 2osec, four miles gmin 4gsec, five miles 12mm 21 sec, six miles i4min 53sec, seven miles rymin 28sec, eight miles igmin sgsec, nine miles 22min 3isec. ten miles 24mm 58sec.
