THAMES JOCKEY CLUB.
Fairly good fields may be anticipated for the first day’s racing of the Thames Jockey Club, whose Summer Meeting takes place on December 26th and 27th. For the Maiden Handicap the acceptance list shows nine runners; the First Handicap Hurdles has ten runners ; the Thames Handicap has four ; the First Handicap Steeplechase has eight ; and the First Pony Handicap has eleven runners. Given a start my selections are as follows : — Maiden Handicap—Rebel. First Handicap Hurdles —Deceiver or Te Ata. Thames Handicap—lngorina. First Pony Handicap—Topsy.
