NEW ZEALANDERS FAVOURITE BOOKS
In Literary Chat will be found a suggestion that should appeal to our readers. The writer is of opinion that the questior or what books appeal most to New Zealand readers is a most interesting one. If a sufficent number of the readers of the New Zealand Illustrated Magazine will send a note of their favourite works, and the authors thereof, to him, he will go through them carefully, count up the votes given to each book, and give the results in the columns devoted to Literary Chat at as early a date as possible.
