March 20. Aauatewr Theatrical*. The Shakespeare Club gave a most suceesaful reading of '"An Ideal Husband," by (’sear Wilde, ea Saturday evening in the Assembly Hall of the < Hrls’ College. Tire rain was so heavy on Saturday morning there was no tennis in the nfternobn. although it was fine and very windy. Being Holy week there are no entertainments this w'» e.k, but at Easter the tennis tournament is to be played in Wanganui, the entries are excellent, and pf course there will be a large number of visiting parents for the Collegiate School Sports on Easter Monday. Miss Ward, of Wellington, is tile guest of Miss Darley in Wanganui.
