CAMBRIDGE.
December 20. -A most successful scout concert was given in the town Hall on AA’ednesdav evening under the management of Scoutmaster the Rev. W. Connolly. On Wednesday evening the Ohaupo Dramatic Club journeyed to Leamington and gave a performance in the new Town Hall, but on account of several counter attractions the attendance was only small. Dr. A alentine and family are spending a few weeks at Airs. Rout’s, Learnington. 1 Air. and Airs. Meredith are spending their holidays in Christchurch, visiting the former’s relatives. Aliss Horrell has gone for a fortnight’s holiday to visit her brother at Henderson. Mr. and Airs. I ,ee, of Hangitiki, are spending Christmas in Cambridge with Air. and Airs. Brooks. Dr. and Airs. Stapley have arrived in Cambridge from Melbourne to enter into partnership with Dr. Roberts.
