Alalet. and Aliss Nanearrow. At the Show. On Friday (People's Day) there was a record attendance, and the greatest interest was taken in the various events. Alur-Tay-Aynsley, Aliss Alurray-Aynsley, Aliss Cowlishaw anil the Alisses Lyon. Personal. Air. and Mrs. Savill and family (Christchurch), left for a lengthened visit to England. Airs. C. Reid and Aliss Boyce left Christchurch for Dunedin on Tuesday. Sir Joseph Ward, Lady Ward and family are spending a few days in Christchurch before leaving for England, via Australia, Air. and Airs. Russell Grace (Wellington), who have been the guests of Airs. G. G. Stead at St rowan Park, have returned North. Aliss Sinclair Thompson (Geraldine) is staying with Airs. Ronald Alaedonald, “ Ilainbleden,” Bealey Avenue. Aliss Kember (England), has been the guest of Mrs. Allen at Mill House, Lower Riccarton. Air. and Airs. Godley (Fendalton.), are staying with .Mrs. Frank Harris at Homebush. Air. and Airs. T. Cowlishaw (Christchurch). have returned from a visit to England.
