February 24. A Bazaar. A bazaar in aid of the Victoria Girls’ College was held in Mr. Percy Smith’s lovely grounds last Tuesday. The weather was not all that could have been desired, but it- didn't rain, and that was the main thing. The garden was looking its best, and the stalls were enehantingly clotted here and there amongst the lovely trees and ferns. Hansen, who has been staying with her mother, Mrs. Robinson, of New Plymouth, has now returned to Auckland. Archdeacon Evans, with Mrs. Evans and Miss B. Evans, arrived in New i’lyliiouth last week after spending some tnonths in Auckland and Wellington. Miss Milroy, of Dunedin, is the guest of Mrs. M. Fraser. New Plymouth.
