J une 3. Tins week there has been quite a lull in the gaiety that has been going on for toe last few weeks. The regimental ball, which was to have been held here last year, but on account of the late King's death had to l>e abandoned, is to be held here on the 16th inst. Personal. Mi-s Richardson has gone on a visit to Auckland for a week or two. Mr. and Mrs. Caw, of Auckland, have come to Cambridge for a month for the benefit of the former's health. Mrs. H. Price, of Auckland, is staying in Cambridge for » week or two. Miss Dyer, of Auckland, is staying in Cambridge for a month. The Rev. H. Bargein and his wife and son have been staving with Archdeacon ami Mr«. Willis. Mr. and Airs. Norton Thompson have gone to Auckland for a few dav*.
