A new idea in- shoe decoration is a metal attachment fixed on the instep of a shoe by means of which the wearer can attach an ornamental 'buckle, a bow or any variation of the old idea that her fancy suggests, instead of always having to keep whatever ornamentation her shoemaker decides to allow her.
