The Dresden correspondent: of the “Journal du Matin” reports that the Esperantists have decided to found , an Esperanto State in the neutral territory of Moresnet, on the Belgian German frontier. • ■- !
An international bureau will he opehed and Dr. Zamenhof, the inventor of -Esperanto, will take up his residence there 1 . A theatre will be built and an Esperanto “Bayreuth” will be the attraction every summer. The' plays and operas) will; ol course, be performed in Esperanto. More esnet is a village with 2,<XX) inhabitant* •peaking mostly French. j'r ' •
