JOHNSTON—FELL.

The Basilica of the Sacred Heart, Wellington,’ wast’t he scene of a very pretty wedding on April 11th, when Miss Morna Fell, youngest daughter of Mr. A. Fell, (I’icton), was married to Captain Earl Johnston, son of the Hon. C. J. Johnston. The bride, who was given away by her father, looked'"charming in her gown of white satin. The V-shaped bodice had'wide shoulder straps of delicate luce,ycud a full chemisette of white adtiH'on.'■ChitTon rosettes attorned the deep folded belt, and her long veil was of tulle, fastened with a coronet of orange blossom. Her bouquet was composed of white orchids, Cyclamen,' and roses with trails of asparagus fern. Her only ornament was a pearl necklace and pendant. There were three bridesmaids, Miss Mildred Fell, Miss Doris Johnston and. Miss Erica Fell. They wore deep cream dotted muslin dresses with yokes of Valenciennes lace and long ribbon sashes fastened with handsome buckles. Their hats were of crinoline straw with wreaths of shaded hydrangeas, and their bouquets were of the same flower. Mr.' G. Johnston was best man and Messrs. F. Johnston and It. Grace the groomsmen. Duncan, ecru taffetas and white hat with tips; Mrs. Dymock, pink and white chine silk with transparent, yoke of lace; Miss Johnston, navy blue and white cheeked silk and rose pink toque: Mrs. W.‘Fell. black taffetas; Mi’s Fell,-grey tweed, pale grey hat; Mrs. W. Johnston, black crepe de chine with white insertions veiled'in lace, black and vieux-rosa bonnet. Mrs. Holmes (Wairarapa), skyblue glace, and black hat; Mrs. Goring Johnston, ivory crepe de' chine, much embroidered in silk, white picture hat-.
