Dear Bee. A very pretty wedding was celebrated at Holy Trinity Church, Gisborne, <»n Wednesday, when Miss May Sheriff, daughter of Mr. B. Sheriff, was married to Mr. H. E. Dodd. The bride was given away by her brother, Mr. Louis Sheriff, and looked charming in a dress of ivory Duchess satin, with flounces of accor-dion-pleated chiffon, and silk lace medallions. The bodice had a transparent lace yoke, and elbow puff sleeve?. She wore a wreath and veil: and carried a bouquet of white flowers and ferns. She was attended by two bridesmaids, Misses G. Wall and N. Seymour. They wore very pretty frocks of soft white silk, with large gathered tucks and transparent lace yokes, white chiffon hats with pink roses, and carried bouquets of white flowers and pink heath. Mr. 0. Bonnett was best man, and Mr. A. Sherri ff groomsman. After the ceremony a reception was held at the residence of the bride's parents. at which a great many friends and relations of the bride were present.
