ROWING.
T. P. Halpin, of Napier, who has succeeded in winning the two rowing events of the Union Rowing Club, and who thus obtains the Cup given by Messrs Parker and Co., has beaten J. Eddy in the first heat for the Norton Cup, and in the final heat for the Handicap Sculls.
