By order in Council made and issued by His Excellency the Governor in Council, on the 14th day of November instant, under the authority of the above Act, it was determined that the respective duties by way of land-tax, and of further graduated landtax leviable under the said Act, should be paid in one sum. on Wednesday, the 7th day of December next, at the office of the Commissioner of Taxes, Government Buildings, Wellington, and in accordance with such Order in Council, I hereby give notice that the said duties will be payable accordingly.
