THAT the major portion of the ground floor is devoted to a fashion showroom, in which are displayed the most exclusive Costumes, Frocks, Coat Frocks, Jumpers and Wraps our present exhibition being the most elaborate that has ever been staged in Karangahape Road. . THAT the entire first floor of this spacious new building is Flackson’s “Blue Pavilion” Luncheon and Tea Room a tea room where expense has been a secondary consideration in regard to the decoration and furnishing effects, and where delightful instrumental and vocal recitals are periodically rendered by talented local artistes. THAT in our new premises we have a Men’s Suit and Overcoat Department that is absolutely separate from the remainder of the establishment, and that has a street entrance all of its own.
