Annual Meeting of the N.Z. O.W.W.W.

The first annual meeting of the N.Z. O.W.W.W. was held on Wednesday, May sth, at the Nurses' Club, Kensington Street. The President, Miss Maclean, R.R.C, presided. The Annual Report and Balance Sheet were read and adopted. A letter was read from Miss Thurston, R.R.C, thanking members of the Association for their kind invitation, and saying how much she had enjoyed being present at the annual re-union. The report states "that it is satisfactory to record that, commencing with a strength of twenty-one the membership has risen to forty-eight." A wreath from the Association was placed on the cenotaph on Anzac Day by the President, Miss Maclean, R.R.C, accompanied by several members. The R.S.A. reserved a special portion for members of the Association at this service, and it is hoped that as many as possible will attend next year.
