Votes, NO. 33, FRIDAY, Jmra 6, 1856. 11. Library :—Mr. Travers, pursuant to notice, moved, That in the opinion of this House it is expedient that a Library should be at once formed for the use of the Assembly, and that the following gentlemen be appoirted a Select Committee to consider the best means of establishing such Library, namely, Mr. Speaker, Mr. Stafford, Mr. Fitzherbert, Mr. Carleton, Mr. Bell, and the mover; and that such Committee have power to confer with the Legislative Council on the subject. Report to be brought up this day fortnight. Question put and passed.
Votes, No. 42, Friday, June 20, 1856. 11. Postponement:—On motion of Mr. Bell, leave was given to the Library Committee to postpone (heir report until Thursday next.
Votes, No. 47, Thursday, June 26, 1856. 7. Postponements (3)On motion of Mr. Travers, leave was given to the Library Committee to postpone their report to Tuesday next.
Votes, No. 50, Tuesday, July 1, 1856. 5. (3) :—On motion of Mr. Travers leave was given to the Library Committee to postpone their report until Thursday next.
Votes, No. 52, Thursday, July 3, 1856. 11. Library Committee Mr. Travers, Chairman of this Committee, brought up their report, which was read, and ordered to be printed.
