Translation of No. 2. Mr. E. Lancial to Mr. Peter Fraser Legation of France, Wellington, 15 November 1949. Sir, I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of the letter of 15 November 1949 in which you kindly advised me that, pending the conclusion between the Government of the French Republic and the Government of New Zealand of a formal agreement on the exchange of traffic rights with regard to their respective air services in the South Pacific, the operation of these services might be conducted m accordance with the following proposals : [As in No. 1] 2. I have the honour to inform you that the Government of the French Republic accepts these proposals and that your letter of 15 November 1949 and this reply will therefore be considered as constituting between our two Governments an agreement which may be terminated by either party on three months' notice.
