ORDERS OF REFERENCE Extracts from the Journals of the House of Representatives Wednesday, the 12th Day oe July, 1950 Ordered, " That a Select Committee be appointed, consisting of ten members, to consider all Bills and other matters relating to mining which may be referred to it: the Committee to consist of Mr. Armstrong, Mr. Cotterill, Mr. Gotz, Mr. Johnstone, Mr. Kent, the Hon. Mr. McLagan, Mr. Murdoch, Mr. J. Rae, Mr. Roy, and the Mover."—(Hon. Mr. Sullivan.) Ordered, " That all petitions not finally dealt with daring the session of 1949 be again referred to the same Committees as they were referred to during the said session." —(Right Hon. Mr. Holland.) Friday, the 15th Day of September, 1950 Ordered, " That the Taupiri and Renown Coal Companies Bill be referred to the Goldfields and Mines Committee." —(Hon. Mr. Sullivan.) Ordered, " That the Coal Mines Amendment Bill be referred to the Goldfields and Mines Committee." —(Hon. Mr. Sullivan.)
