The past year's programme included 12 chains deepening and widening drains, 130 acres clearing, 47 acres cultivation, 115 acres grassing, 45 chains fencing, 120 chains renewing of fencing, 60 chains repairs to fencing, 30 chains internal access, seven culverts and one watersupply, one house, one implement-shed, one set sheep-yards. Progress : 60 acres cleared and all cultivation carried out, 80 acres grassed, 45 chains of new fences erected, 30 chains of access tracks and seven culverts completed, one house, one implement-shed., Rumbles', at Pukeatua, 379 acres.
