Thursday, the 27th Day of June, 1946 Ordered, " That a Select Committee be appointed, consisting often members, to consider all Bills containing provisions of a technical legal character which may be referred to it, with power to confer and sit together with any similar Committee appointed by the Legislative Council: the Committee to consist of the Hon. Mr. Speaker, Mr. Algie, Mr. Bodkin, Mr. Coleman, Mr. Combs, Mr. Deuham, Mr. Harker, Mr. Richards, Mr. T. C. Webb, and the Mover."—(Hon. Mr. Mason.) Ordered, " That all petitions not finally dealt with daring the session of 1945 be again referred to the same Committees as they were referred to during the said session." —(Right Hon. Mr. Fraser.)
