Thursday, the 27th Day of June, 1946 Ordered, " That a Select Committee be appointed, consisting often members, to consider all Bills containing provisions of a technical legal character which may be referred to it, with power to confer and sit together with any similar Committee appointed by the Legislative Council: the Committee to consist of the Hon. Mr. Speaker, Mr. Algie, Mr. Bodkin, Mr. Coleman, Mr. Combs, Mr. Deuham, Mr. Harker, Mr. Richards, Mr. T. C. Webb, and the Mover."—(Hon. Mr. Mason.) Ordered, " That all petitions not finally dealt with daring the session of 1945 be again referred to the same Committees as they were referred to during the said session." —(Right Hon. Mr. Fraser.) Friday, the 19th Day of July, 1946 Ordered, " That the Trustee Amendment Bill be referred to the Statutes Revision Committee."— (Hon. Mr. Mason.) Ordered, " That the Justices of the Peace Amendment Bill be referred to the Statutes Revision Committee."—(Hon. Mr. Mason.) Tuesday, the (sth Day of August, 1946 Ordered, " That the Marriage Amendment Bill be referred to the Statutes Revision Committee."— (Hon. Mr. Jones, for Hon. Mr. Mason.) Wednesday, the 14th Day of August, 1946 Ordered, " That the Statutes Revision Committee be increased, by leave, to eleven members by the addition of the name of the Mover."—(Right Hon. Mr. Fraser.) Ordered, " That the Servicemen's Settlement and Land Sales Amendment Bill be referred to the Statutes Revision Committee."—(Hon. Mr. Skinner.) Thursday, the 26th Day of September, 1946 Ordered, " That the Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks Amendment Bill be referred to the Statutes Revision Committee." —(Hon. Mr. Jones.) Thursday, the 3rd Day of October, 1946 Ordered, " That the Cook Islands Amendment Bill be referred to the Statutes Revision Committee for the purpose of considering Parts II and 111 thereof." —(Right Hon. Mr. Fraser.) Monday, the 7th Day of October, 1946 Ordered, " That the Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks Amendment Bill be referred back to the Statutes Revision Committee."—(Mr. Algie.)
