(c) Additional sum required to cover the cost of exchange, and also to cover an increase in the cost-of-living bonus paid to the shorthand-typist employed in the London office. (g) Additional payments made for services of Postmaster, Tauranga, as Collector of Customs, and to cover cost of collecting increased revenue received on goods imported through parcels post. (k) Prom this year petrol-tax, tire-tax, and war taxation collected in New Zealand are being included in the grant made in addition to Castoms and exoise duties,
