We would, like to emphasize that excellent work was done after the explosion by Inspector Parsonage, Inspector McArthur, Mr. Duffy (Superintendent of the Dobson Rescue Station), and all members of the rescue teams. The Commission also desires to express its appreciation of the able manner in which Constable McQuarrie carried out preliminary investigations and obtained statements from all concerned, as this was of valuable assistance to the Commission. The Commission also desires to express its appreciation of the efficient work performed by the secretarial staff. We return herewith, Your Excellency's Commission, together with an extension thereof.
