Praying that legislation be enacted authorizing the establishment of the Ringatu Church, and that the property of Te Kooti Rikirangi be vested in such Church. I am directed to report that the member presenting the petition having expressed a wish to withdraw the same, the Committee recommends that the petition be allowed to be withdrawn.
