Judicial Proceedings (Regulation of Reports) Bill. I have the honour to report that the Statutes Revision Committee has carefully considered the Judicial Proceedings (Regulation of Reports) Bill and heard evidence thereon, and recommends that it be allowed to proceed with the amendments shown in the attached copy of the Bill. 2nd October, 1934.

Distress and Replevin Amendment Bill. I have the honour to report that the Statutes Revision Committee has considered the Distress and Replevin Amendment Bill, and recommends that, owing to the lateness of the session, it not be proceeded with, but that it be introduced early next session. 2nd April, 1935. Special Report. I have the honour to report that the Statutes Revision Committee desires to place on record its appreciation of the excellent services rendered by Mr. W. J. Broadfoot, as Chairman of the Committee, and directs that this resolution be reported to the House. 2nd April, 1935. H. G. R. Mason, Member of the Committee.

Special Report. I have the honour to report that the Statutes Revision Committee desires to express its appreciation of the services rendered to the Committee by the Clerk, Mr. L. C. Dawe, and that this resolution be recorded in the minutes of the Committee and reported to the House. 2nd April, 1935.

Final Report. I have the honour to report that the Statutes Revision Committee, consisting of ten members, has held five meetings, with an average attendance at each meeting of five members. Four Bills were referred to the Committee, all of which were considered and reported to the House. 2nd April, 1935. W. J. Broadfoot. Chairman.
