OPARURE DEVELOPMENT SCHEME. (See Plan 9, G.-IO.) (Report dated 19th July, 1933.) With reference to the Under-Secretary's memorandum N 1/9 of the 16th ultimo, I submit herewith particulars with regard to the above scheme as at 31st March, 1933. 1. General. —The land comprised in this scheme is made up of various detached areas situated at Oparure, Hangatiki, and Te Kuiti, with a total area of 489 acres 0 roods 14-2 perches. 2. Expenditure and Receipts. —The attached schedule, compiled in the Auckland Office, gives a complete summary of the items under this heading. 3. Unit Reports.—There are at present six units on this 1 scheme, and attached hereto are separate reports. To the information given in Schedule 2, I have to add particulars of grassing, fencing, &c., already completed prior to these lands coming under development. These, summarized, are as follows : —
