POSTMASTER-GENERAL: RELINQUISHING OF OFFICE. The Hon. W. Nosworthy relinquished control of the Department on the 10th December, 1928, and the report herein is a record of the transactions undertaken principally during his tenure of office. The offices of Postmaster-General and Minister of Telegraphs were assumed by me on the 10th December, 1928. DETAILS OF REVENUE, ETC. Matters of detail with reference to the financial operations and business of the Department will be found at length in the statement and tables which follow.
