Sir, — Herewith I have the honour to lay before you my twentieth annual report, this, in accordance with the Fire Brigades Act, 1926, being for the nine months ended 31st March, 1928. One new fire district has been constituted—viz., Hikurangi—on the 14th November, 1927.
