Kaituna River District Bill. The Lands Committee, to which was referred the above-mentioned Bill, has the honour to report that the said Bill has been carefully considered, and the Committee recommends that, so far as it affects the lands of the Crown, the Bill be allowed to proceed without amendment. Reserves and other Lands Disposal Bill (Amendments proposed by His Excellency the Governor-General). I have the honour to report that the Lands Committee has carefully considered the above-mentioned proposed amendments, and recommends that, in so far as the proposed new clauses are concerned, they be allowed to proceed without amendment. 3rd September, 1926.

I have the honour to report that the Committee recommends that the Government again offer the petitioner a Commission to go into the subject-matter of her petition. 6th September, 1926.
