No. 110. —Petition of Auckland and Suburban Drainage Board and 38 Others. Praying that the road giving access to Orakoi Native Settlement be formed without delay. I am directed to report that in the opinion of the Committee, as this road will require to be made, this petition should be referred to the Government. 6th November, 1924. No. 26. —Petition of James Crawford and 9 Others, of Dunedin. (Second Report.) Praying for a reduction in the capital value of the workers' dwellings occupied by them. I am directed to report that in the opinion of the Committee this petition should be referred to the Government for consideration ; and the Committee would suggest that it may be possible, without prejudice, to extend the time for repayment of capital value. 6th November, 1924,
