My Lord Duke, — I have the honour to inform Your Grace that a copy of your despatch of the 6th October, Dominions No. 378, and of its enclosure, relative to the Nobel .Peace Brize for 1924, was published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 85, of the 6th December. 2. My Lord Duke, — With reference to Your Lordship's despatch, Dominions No. 354, of the 22nd September, I have the honour to confirm my telegram of the 22nd December, intimating that the Government of New Zealand has no objection to the proposed amendments to the Tonnage Measurement Agreement with Finland. 2.
