Unemployed Workers Bill. The Labour Bills Committee, to which was referred the above-mentioned Bill, has the honour to report that it has considered same, and is of the opinion that the Bill should be redrafted regarding the schedule, and considered again next session. 31st January, 1922.
Painters and Decorators' Health Protection Bill. The Labour Bills Committee, to which was referred the above-mentioned Bill, has the honour to report that it has considered same, and recommends that the Bill should be brought up again next session. 31st January, 1922.
Workers' Compensation Amendment Bill. The Labour Bills Committee, to which was referred the above-mentioned Bill, has the honour to report that it has considered same, and recommends that the Bill be given consideration when the proposed consolidated measure is proceeded with. 31st January, 1922.
Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Bill (No. 2). The Labour Bills Committee, to which was referred the above-mentioned Bill, has the honour lo report that it has carefully considered same, and recommends that the Bill be allowed to proceed, with amendments as shown on the copy attached. 6th February, 1922
Final Report. The Labour Bills Committee, consisting of fourteen members, has during the session held twenty-one meetings, the average attendance being ten members at each meeting ; eleven Bills were referred to the Committee, all of which have been reported to the House ; also nine petitions were referred to the Committee, seven of which have been reported to the House, and two held over until next session. Bth February, 1922.
Special Report. The- Labour Bills Committee desires to place on record its high appreciation of the capable and impartial service rendered to the Committee by the Chairman (Sir J. P. Luke) during the session, and extends a vote of thanks accordingly. Bth February, 1922.
