dated the nineteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, the time at or before which you were required to present your report as aforesaid was extended to the thirtieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty : And whereas it is expedient that the said period should be further extended as hereinafter provided : Now, therefore, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1908, and all other powers and authorities enabling me in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby declare and appoint that the time at or before which you shall present to me your report aforesaid is hereby extended to the thirtieth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty. And, with the like advice and consent, and in further pursuance of the said powers and authorities, I do hereby confirm the said Commission except as herein varied. Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government Elouse at Wellington, this thirteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.
