I have the honour to inform Your Excellency that His Majesty's Government have had under their consideration the question of the proper procedure to be pursued in regard to appeals to the Privy Council from oversea Prize Courts. 2. The ultimate decision with regard to such appeals must rest with themselves, and they are advised that the conduct of the appeal should be undertaken by the Procurator-General, as the officer having charge of all prize proceedings in this country.
