The Registrar, Native Land Court, Auckland. Opotiki, 13th April, 1910. Sir, — Whakapaupakihi No. 4. We, the undersigned successors according to Maori custom of Heneriata Haeata (deceased), and I, Wiremu te Haeata, or William Wright, the devisee under the said Heneriata Haeata's will to the above-mentioned Whakapaupakihi No. 4 Block, do hereby abandon all benefit derivable under section 28 of the Native Land Adjustments Act, 1910, in consequence of a petition by the said Heneriata Haeata (deceased), and request that the title to the said block be issued at as an early date as possible.
