Work done during year : Enlarging bowling-green, planting shrubs, erecting fences, painting buildings, and general maintenance. Improvements now on domain : Building, fencing, bowling-green, tennis-court, croquet-courts, windmill, three large tanks, hot-air engine, and water-pipes laid on to bowling-green and tennis-courts.
