Attached hereto is a plan of the Whangamarino Swamp, which shows the swamp lands held by the Crown. From the foregoing statement the only reasonable conclusion to be arrived at is that the matter of drainage must be held in abeyance for some time yet, so that a comprehensive scheme may be evolved.
