Return to an Order of the House of Representatives dated the 31st August, 1911. Ordered, " That there be laid before this House a return showing the number of deaths by accident in the course of their employment of Eailway employees during the fifteen months ended the 30th June, 1911, giving names of employees, dates, localities, and causes of fatalities; also the like particulars as to non-fatal accidents to Railway employees, stating nature of injuries, and whether resulting in partial or permanent disablement."—(Mi , .
