EEPOETS. No. 450 (1908).—Petition of Kipa Roera (for 24 Petitioners), of Russell. Petitioner prays for legislation to authorise a Court to hear the claims of Harete Nau and 23 others to the Kahikatoa and other blocks. I am directed to report that, as the petition has been signed by an agent only, the Committee declines to deal with the petition. 21st October, 1909.
