[Answered by No. 37.] Your telegram, 20 May.* I see from press telegram that your Prime Minister will leave this week for England to represent Dominion at Naval Conference. Should be glad to know for certain date when he expects to arrive England.—Crewe.

Your telegram of 16th June.t Prime Minister leaves New Zealand to-day to attend Defence Conference; proceeds from Adelaide by steamer " China," and from Port Said by P. & 0. express steamer to Brindisi, thence u> London, expecting to arrive 24th July. He suggests that if convenient Conference should meet few days later.—James Prendergast.
