No. 862 (1907).—Petition of Henry Mitchell, of Maketu, Bay of Plenty. Re the will of Aporo te Tipitipi, petitioner claims to be a beneficiary in a small block of land near Maketu, Bay of Plenty. I am directed to report that, as the petitioner has not exhausted his legal remedies, the Committee has no recommendation to make. 7th August, 1908.
