Improvements now on domain : Fences, shelter-shed, trees, concrete-lined well, tennis-court, and grassing. Used for sports and picnics, and occasionally as a camping-ground for sheep. Work done during year : Pavilion and large gate repaired and small gate erected, Improvements now on domain : Fences, hedge, 3 acres plantation, and pavilion. Used for sports and picnics. Proposed operations for ensuing year: Topping and trimming trees, and forming two paths. Gore Domain. Situated in Towns of Gore and East Gore. Area, 92 acres 3 roods 32 perches. A portion of this domain is now laid out as an ornamental garden. Improvements now on domain : Fences, pavilions, plantation, and garden. Used for sports, football, bowls, tennis, and as a pleasure resort. A permanent gardener is employed. Hirstfield Domain. Sections Nos. 1, Block X, 4, Block XI, and 1, Block XVII, Town of Hirstfield. Area, 23 acres and 24 perches. Work done during year: Hedges trimmed, fences, gates, and conveniences erected, and entrance to sports-ground improved. Improvements now on domain : Fences, hedges, plantation, shelter-shed, and conveniences. Used for sports, cricket, football, ami picnics; portion leased for grazing. Proposed operations for ensuing year : Trimming hedges and maintaining sportsground. Howell's Point Domain. Improvements now on domain : Thirty-nine chains fencing. Used for picnics. Limehills Domain. Sections Nos. Ito 7 and 9to 17, Block IV, Town of Limehills. Area, 4 acres 1 rood 6 perches. Work done during year: One and a quarter acres ploughed and sown down in grass. Improvements now on domain : Fences, 7 chains drains, trees, and shed. Used for sports, cricket, and football. Proposed operations for ensuing year: Erecting 10 chains fencing. Lumsden Domain. Sections Nos. Ito 6, Block XXIII, Town of Lumsden. Area, 19 acres 1 rood 4 perches. Improvements now on domain: Fences, pavilion, quarter-mile running-track, and plantation. Used for sports and picnics. Makarewa Domain. Section No. 1, Block VIII, Town of Makarewa. Area, 13 acres and 18 perches. Leased on improvement conditions. Work done during year : Seven chains of holly and 19 chains of macrocarpa hedge planted. Improvements now on domain: Nine acres cleared and 5 acres in grass. Used for picnics and general recreation. Proposed operations for ensuing year : Draining. Mataura Domain. Sections Nos. 39, 40, and 41, Block XVII, Town of Mataura Bridge. Area, 13 acres 1 rood 24 perches. Thirteen acres leased on improvement conditions. Work done during year : Superfluous trees removed, others trimmed, and fence removed and le-erected on new surveyed boundary. Improvements now on domain : Fences and plantations. Omaui Domain. Section No. 69, Block V, Campbelltown Hundred. Area, 158 acres 2 roods 29 perches. Not used by the public. Covered with native bush, which is being protected. Otautau Domain. Section No. 5, Block 11, Aparima Hundred. Area, 63 acres 2 roods. Leased for grazing. Work done during year: Fence erected, willows planted on riverfrontage, and 5 acres ploughed and sown down in grass. Improvements now on domain : Fences, drains, trees, and grassing. Proposed operations for ensuing year : Planting trees.
