Petitioners pray for the re-enactment of the section in " The Factories Act, 1894," relative to the factory half-holiday. 1 am directed to report that the Committee is of opinion that, as the subject of the prayer of this petition has been already dealt with, the Committee has no recommendation to make. 13th November, 1907.

Workers' Compensation Bill. The Labour Bills Committee, to whom was referred the Workers' Compensation Bill, has the honour to report that, owing to the lateness of the session and being unable,to procure the necessary evidence, the Bill is returned to the House. 23rd November, 1907.
