No. 493 (1907). —Petition of Ratema te Awekotuku and Others, of Tikitere, near Rotorua. Petitioners pray that the Government do not take Tikitere. I am directed to report that, in the opinion of the Committee, this petition should be referred to the Government for consideration. 25th September, 1907.

No. 22 (1907).— Petition of Hohaia te Kauri and 8 Others, of Te Hanga Block, Auckland. Petitioners pray that the House make inquiry into a certain transfer of land. I am directed to report that, in the opinion of the Committee, this petition should be referred to the Government for inquiry. 25th September, 1907.

I am directed to report that, in the opinion of the Committee, this petition should be referred to the Government for favourable consideration. 25th September, 1907.

I am directed to report that, in the opinion of the Committee, this petition should be referred to the Government for favourable consideration and inquiry. 25th September, 1907.
