Wellington, 19th August, 1907. My Lord, — 1 have the honour to submit to Your Excellency the Heport on the Hospitals and the Charitable Institutions of the Colony for the year 1906-7, by the Inspector-General of Hospitals and Charitable Institutions. I have the honour to lay before you the following report on the hospitals and charitableaid institutions of the colony. The former was appointed in November last as successor to Mrs. Grace Neill On account of ill health Miss Webb resigned last March, and Miss Bicknell was appointed
