Appeal No. s^.—This is an appeal by Mika te Tawhao and others, claiming the inclusion of certain alleged rightful owners, thirty-four persons in all, omitted from the order at the time of the to this claim for inclusion, and the said thirty-four names are set out in the additional list of owners attached to the file of papers for Ruatoki South Block, and therein numbered from 281 to 314, inclusive, with individual shares as shown therein. We recommend that the said thirty-four names be added to the order with shares as shown.
