THE DOMINION OF NEW ZEALAND: DESPATCH FROM THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE COLONIES, ENCLOSING COPY OF ORDER IN COUNCIL AND PROCLAMATION BY HIS MAJESTY THE KING DECLARING THAT THE COLONY OF NEW ZEALAND SHALL BE CALLED AND KNOWN BY THE TITLE OF THE "DOMINION OF NEW ZEALAND."

With reference to my telegram of the 10th September, I have the honour to transmit to your Lordship, for the information of your Ministers, copies of an Order in Council passed on the 9th September, to approve the issue of a Proclamation changing the designation of New Zealand to the " Dominion of.
